Who can be a patient of Gameday Men’s Health?

Anyone 18 years of age or older, and can demonstrate the need for treatment during the medical consultation

What states do you service for Telemedicine?

We currently offer telemedicine services in all states except: AK, HI, ME, MS, ND, VT, WA, WY, and DC.

What is the process for getting a prescription? Can I obtain one from any state?

If your treatment plan includes a prescription, it will be shipped in discreet packaging to the address you provided within a few days after your provider completes the evaluation. If you are located outside our service areas, your order will be refunded, and no prescription will be issued.

Are the treatments offered FDA approved?

We exclusively use compound medications. Compounded medications offered through our services are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality. We encourage patients to consult with their healthcare provider to understand the risks and benefits of compounded medications.

What guidance will I receive for administering my medication?

We ensure you are fully informed about administering your medication through:

Physician Consultation: Your provider will explain the dosage, frequency, purpose, and potential side effects of the medication.
Written Instructions: Detailed instructions from the pharmacy will cover dosage, storage, administration, and potential side effects.
Ongoing Support: Contact information for your provider and the pharmacy is available for any questions.

What is your return and refund policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. However, if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription or delivered by mistake please contact us.
