K. Mitchell Naficy, MD

Dr. Naficy is a Board Certified Family Physician with over 29 years of clinical experience. He completed residencies at USC Medical Center and UCI Medical Center, and is a member of the California Medical Association, American Medical Association, and American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Naficy is an expert in men’s health and wellness, aging, and addiction medicine. Throughout his career he has developed a particular specialization in men’s testosterone replacement therapy and regenerative medicine. Dr. Naficy is an avid soccer player who competed internationally on the US Medical Soccer Team from 2015- 2017, and a dedicated mountain biker for twenty-five years. He has also been involved in motorsport formula racing and continues to compete in endurance sports car racing today.

Shea is our Temecula GameDay Director of Operations. She always greets you with a smile and makes sure you have everything you need. Shea has worked previously in Physical Therapy and other medical environments which has helped her give patients the most pleasant experience here at GameDay. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys the gym, hiking all over California, spending time with her family, cooking, and loves to snowboard!

Ashley is a Physician Assistant at GameDay Men’s Health. She is a Southern California native and grew up as an athlete. She played collegiate softball at California Baptist University, where she also earned her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She has a solid background in immunology, family medicine and preventative medicine. Her love for nutrition and exercise science is what drew her into the men’s health industry. She loves to see her patients living life to the fullest. She enjoys fitness, runs with her puppy, paddle boarding, backpacking and finding new hikes to accomplish.

I worked in property management/real estate for 10+ years, and recently changed to healthcare in the Ultrasound field. I love learning new things in the medical field daily. My hobbies include creating content and working on my YouTube channel. I also love to hang out with friends and family at the beach or lake. Hiking only when it is not hot out.

Brittany Crist is a Physician Assistant at GameDay Men’s Health. She was born and raised in Northern San Diego where she studied biology at California State University San Marcos. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky. She enjoys going on hikes, walking her dogs, and spending time with family and friends. She has worked in the emergency medicine setting for three years and strives to help her patients feel their best.

Tristyn is a recent San Diego State University graduate with a degree in Anthropology with an interest in biological and forensic anthropology. She has worked in various areas of customer service before and is now happy to ensure our patients are getting the very best out of their GameDay treatment. She enjoys taking advantage of the southern California weather by being at the beach and going on hikes during the day.

Jessica is our Temecula location’s receptionist. She has a strong background in the hospitality and spa industry. Jessica was also a full-time live-in caregiver for her grandfather and received her Phlebotomy license. Her passion is to help others while connecting with her guests/patients. Being spontaneous, having adventures, going to concerts, and spending time with her family are her favorite pastimes and interests. Jessica can’t wait to welcome you into our GameDay family!

Born and raised in SoCal where I attended California Baptist University for nursing but discovered I wanted to pursue Hospital Administrative Care. Lived in Texas for a few years afterwards and worked as a per diem caregiver and high school Math teacher. I love camping and going shooting during Fall time or any time, really! My hobbies include cooking and baking various recipes, beach volleyball, driving to see hidden gems and spending time with my family and mini weenie dog, Pabu!

Hillary Avera is a Physician Assistant at GameDay Men’s Health. She was born and raised in Southern California. She attended school at Boise State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Respiratory Therapy. Hillary worked for several years as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. She then decided to pursue her goal of becoming a Physician Assistant. She attended California Baptist University where she graduated with her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. Hillary has a thorough background in working with patients of all ages and prides herself on offering customizable care to each patient she encounters. During her free time she loves being outdoors, going to the beach and lake, baking, and traveling with her family.

Born & Raised in Delano, California. I earned my Nursing Assistant Certification in 2016 and that’s how it all began. I volunteered at Clinics/Hospitals on multiple occasions. I worked as a Medical Receptionist to enhance my communication skills, work ethic, and ability to provide quality patient care. After having a job under my belt, I enlisted into the United States Marine Corps and honorably completed my service as an E-5. It was a rewarding experience, and it has shaped me to be the best version of myself. At High Desert Medical College – Temecula, I received my Clinical Medical Assistant Certification. I will continue to further my education in the medical field and strive for greatness. I have a beautiful family that will encourage me along this journey.
